Guaranteed authenticity
YUNI. only sells 100% authentic designer items. All items are checked by our experts, that have years of experience in luxury designer pieces. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions about items. This can be through mail or Instagram DM.

 

Forms of payment
We accept a lot of different types of payment (iDeal and more). We are constantly adding new payment methods to make shopping even easier for you. View the accepted payment methods at the checkout.

 


Buying

 

Is it possible to cancel an order?
It is not possible to cancel an order as the order is processed directly by our system.

 

Is my personal information safe when I place an order?
Your privacy and security will be provided by our online checkout system. This is provided by Shopify Payments. 

 

Can I negotiate on the price?
The prices on YUNI. are fixed and are not negotiable.


Shipping

 

Shipping fees
All the orders placed at YUNI. have standard shipping costs if you live in The Netherlands. At the checkout you can choose an extra shipping fee for insured shipping. This is at your own cost. If you live outside The Netherlands, the shipping fees can differ from which country you are ordering from. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at the checkout. We ship all order with Track & Trace.

 

Picking up an order placed online
For now, it is not possible yet to pick up an order that you have placed online. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding to this if you live in The Netherlands.

 

Shipping companies
All the orders that we ship will be shipped through PostNL or DHL. If you live outside The Netherlands, we may also use another shipping company.

 

Shipping time
If you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation through the mail. We are shipping your order within 1 or 2 working days after we have received the payment. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a mail with the Track & Trace, so you can track your order. Please look into your spam mail, if you didn’t receive anything from us.

 

Delivery time
The delivery time within The Netherlands is normally within 1 business day. Please notice that delivery times are based on your location, weekends, and holidays. If you live outside The Netherlands, the delivery time can take up to 5 business days.

 

Shipping countries
We ship to The Netherlands and almost every other country in the world. We are trying to add new countries to make shopping even easier for you. Is your country not on our list? Please contact us and we will help you.

 

My order is lost, what can I do?
Oh no! Your order is lost. We find this very sad to hear and we will try to help you. If the shipment gets lost by the carrier, we will start an investigation with the carrier. This normally takes up to 10 business days. We are not responsible for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address, we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.

 

Returns

 

Do you accept returns?
Because all our items are preloved, we are not accepting returns. It is important to read the description of the item and look at the pictures, so you have a good look of the condition and the details of the item. Please keep in mind that all our items are preloved and therefore not brand new. We are not held responsible for the pieces after they have been delivered.

 

Cancellation and other policies

 

What if I find a free or very cheap item on your webshop?
When it happens that you see a free or very cheap item on our webshop, keep in mind this probably is a mistake. We are sorry for this when this happens! Because the item has an error in the price, unfortunately we cannot sell this item to you and we will cancel your order.
